Welcome to

Seagrove

Seagrove is bustling without being overwhelming and luxurious without being pretentious. This quaint community is laid-back but never sleepy, making it highly sought-after for those looking to strike a perfect balance. Many looking to settle in the 30A area fell in love with Seagrove for its quiet atmosphere and vibrant array of offerings. Located just minutes from Seaside, residents have ample access to world-class shopping and fine dining institutions.

Seagrove has something for everyone, with posh luxury real estate offerings that include everything from stunning single-family estates to upscale beachfront condominiums. Many guests venture to this sought-after destination to relax on the beach or shop in one of the neighborhood’s specialty boutiques. Seagrove maintains relaxed vibes partly because of a 50-foot building restriction that keeps new developments close to the ground. Only two high-rise buildings grace Seagrove’s skyline today.

However, this walkable community allows residents to be spared the heavily-trafficked streets. Many pedestrians and bikers can be seen in Seagrove, going to the beach or hitting the town for a day out because the entire community is accessible by bike or on foot.

Dining, Entertainment & Shopping

Even with the community’s signature laid-back feel, it offers a vibrant shopping a dining scene. The area is home to the innovative American stop Cafe Thirty-A. Ideal for those looking for an indulgent breakfast, this local eatery has established itself over the years for its masterfully crafted ham and bacon dishes.

Myriad fine dining options match the area’s luxurious, laid-back feel. A short drive up the coast brings diners to the posh eatery Bud & Alley's Waterfront Restaurant & Bar. This lavish restaurant has been pioneering the farm-to-table movement since 1987 and offers a range of expertly crafted dishes made with local ingredients and fresh seafood. Guests can enjoy views of the turquoise Gulf of Mexico from the open-air bar. After a day at the beach, Surfing Deer is the place to go. Things to Do

Seagrove has a lively shopping scene, peaceful sandy beaches, and quiet forest preserves. Seagrove is an ideal location for reconnecting with Florida’s exquisite ecosystem. Seagrove is home to two rare coastal dune lakes. These formations are seen in only a few locations around the world. The most developed of the two is Eastern Lake, with quaint homes and condominiums gracing its shore. Residents can enjoy fishing, swimming, and boat ramps at the lake's many access points.

To the west, Grayton Beach State Park offers 2,000 pristine acres of swimming, boating, hiking, and biking along the stunning coastal dune lake, Western Lake. Seagrove is a beach lover’s paradise.
