Superpower:
My superpower is helping people feel instantly at home here—and connecting them to the people, places, and opportunities that make this coast special. Whether someone is buying, selling, or investing from across town or across the country, I bridge distance and uncertainty with clear communication, video walkthroughs, and concierge-level service—so the process feels easy, informed, and exciting.
Beyond the transaction, I love making introductions: connecting clients to trusted contractors, designers, lenders, inspectors, rental managers, neighbors, and new friends. Real estate opens the door, but the relationships built along the way are what turn a property into a home and a dream into a lifestyle.
Zigs and Zags:
Before real estate, my path definitely wasn’t linear. I spent years in the restaurant industry before visiting the Emerald Coast in 2001 and, like so many others, falling in love with this place at first sight. I came back to Seagrove Beach to get married in 2002, then made the move permanent in 2004. Leaving one career, embracing another, and building a life here taught me something important: your path doesn’t have to be straight to land exactly where you’re meant to be.
Life also brought challenges that shaped who I am today. In late 2013, I began my battle with breast cancer—surgeries and chemo stretched across 2014, and that season changed how I move through the world. It redefined how I parent, how I show up for others, how I work, and how I choose to live: slower where it matters, braver where it counts, and deeply rooted in gratitude.
That experience also gave me the strength to walk alongside my husband through his own cancer journey in 2020 and 2021, during a time when the world was already facing extraordinary circumstances. Those years reaffirmed what I value most: family, presence, resilience, and community.
Every twist and turn—beautiful or difficult—has contributed to the way I serve clients, connect with people, and approach each day with perspective and purpose.
Work Life:
I’m a Texas A&M graduate with a degree in business management and have been a real estate professional since 2017. Today, I help clients buy, sell, and invest in beach properties from North Santa Rosa Beach and Point Washington to 30A and the west end of Panama City Beach. I’m proud to be part of the Bailey Advisory Group at Compass Florida in the 30A office, where I frequently work with out-of-town buyers who rely on me for everything from FaceTime tours to local insight.
Known for hands-on guidance and full-process support, I’m committed to staying involved from start to finish. In 2021, I contributed to $102M in team sales and earned Chairman’s Diamond status, placing me within the top half of 1% of agents company-wide.
Paying it Forward:
Giving back to the place that gives so much to me is a priority. I’ve served as President of the parent organization, Boosters, during our final year at Bay Elementary and the first year at Dune Lakes Elementary. I also stay involved with local organizations such as Food For Thought and The Rosemary Beach Foundation—and I’m known as the friend who will always fill a volunteer spot when help is needed.
Who I Am at the End of the Day:
At heart, I’m someone who loves this community, loves this lifestyle, and loves sharing both. When I’m not working, you’ll find me doing yoga, reading, or enjoying life with my husband Tim, our kids Sonny and Mia, and our dog Pancake. I’m deeply invested in my kids’ activities—from competitive travel cheer to martial arts to high school football.
And one thing’s for sure: I’m always on the hunt for my next taco (yes, #taco2K17 lives on).
No matter what I’m doing—real estate, family, or community work—I’m here because this is home. And helping others make it theirs is the best part of what I do.

Superpower:
Innate ability to eat a whole tub of ice cream in one sitting.
Zigs and Zags:
The world shutting down in March of 2020 due to a worldwide pandemic was the least of her worries as her husband of 27 years was diagnosed with stage four salivary gland cancer the same month. The next two years were spent in treatment in the midst of figuring out how to support her family, building their dream house, opening a real estate brokerage while being president of the local Realtor association among other things. Did I mention she and Scott had 3 teenage boys to manage in the midst of - well, see above. Part of her life story ended when Scott passed away in December of 2021 but the next series of struggles began as a solo parent to three very strong willed humans. I think they call it motherhood. But she’s doing it - Day by day, sometimes minute by minute - because she believes everything is figureoutable in the end and there is nothing in this world more important than faith and family.
Work Life:
Michele is a former court reporter by trade who worked with real estate attorneys hearing how everything went wrong for agents and homeowners for over ten years in Birmingham, Alabama. The birth of her first child lead to a relocation to the beach and a transition out of the legal world into a more creative one. She opened a scrapbook store until two more pregnancies resulted in two more sons and the nanny making more than she did. A brief hiatus from work allowed her to switch gears into real estate over a decade ago and she hasn’t looked back since. A desire to improve the industry she serves lead to the past ten years serving on various Realtor committees, boards and organizations and becoming an advocate for her clients in all things related to home ownership like insurance reform and private property rights. A dedicated education junkie she has amassed a plethora of letters after her name indicative of her passion for learning which most folks doesn’t know what they mean but demonstrate a desire to always be learning more about the industry she serves.
